This is a strong, short set, but ultimately not a groundbreaking release for me. There's just too much competition in 1995, and I rank this firmly behind Red Rocks (the GOAT), DL9, LT60, LT12, and LT21, in that order. I'd probably slot it in between LT33 and LT5. The NANCIES > LIE IN > WAREHOUSE run is super strong, but after that I feel like it could be any 1995 show. Okay, you might be thinking, that RECENTLY > BLUE WATER > TYPICAL run is pretty special, right? I don't know, I love BLUE WATER but am not moved by this particular performance. Yes, it's the last complete, full-band performance of it, but maybe it should have stayed in 1992 and 1993, as the passion just wasn't there. Don't get me wrong, it's a fun listen, but I can't imagine returning to it regularly.
