Meh. That's what I have to say about this release. There are as many "hmm" moments as they are "ooh" moments. Take for example SEEK UP: it's a strong performance, albeit with an unusual start, which gets weird (to put it mildly) with Boyd's work towards the end. Or TRIPPING: a real powerhouse performance, except for a near-total collapse during the bridge. Or ANTS: what's up with the start? The high points, at least for me, are PAY FOR, MINARETS, and TYPICAL, and then the one-two closing run of WATCHTOWER and NANCIES, which are the high points (especially that WATCHTOWER... drool to Roi's work). Lots of audio artifacts throughout (pops, feedback, dropouts). Generally not one to revisit IMO.
