DMBlive Vol. 8

There are many reasons to listen to this show, but surely the truly epic BLUE WATER (including Boyd telling people in the crowd to "shut the fuck up") is at the top of the list. I mean, what a performance, even if not at the level of LT20 with Warren Haynes. There are quite a few really excellent runs, including RECENTLY through NANCIES, WATCHTOWER through JIMI, and MINARETS through BEST. Really, most of the show is excellent. What holds it back from being rated a 3 (and maybe this is unfair) is the sound quality is DMBlive level rather than Live Trax level, and that sometimes gets in the way of it being a top-tier release.
