There's a lot to like in this show, but also a lot of middling-to-average stuff, and I'm of the view that if it weren't for Santana on the Warehouse > Sugar Will > Watchtower run it would be almost forgettable. If I could carve the show up into a short festival set, I'd do it as follows: One Sweet World; the entire run from Lie in Our Graves through Watchtower. That's it. Joyride is great, especially in 2004, but it feels out of place. Specific comments: The bridge is a fucking mess, and Pantala is tired. Oof. Boyd sounds great on LIE IN. DRIVE, where have you gone? Top-notch LOVING WINGS > WHERE ARE YOU. 2004-era HELLO AGAIN is awesome. I love Dave's guitar solo in JIMI. More, please. I do not miss the For What It's Worth singalongs. The Santana run is epic. Why didn't the set end with WATCHTOWER?
