Based on 1995 listens so far, this ranks second for me, after LT12 and ahead of LT5. It's a really, really good show, although there's a ton of competition in 1995. You can feel how intimate the venue is, and the mix is really well balanced for it. Boyd had a particularly good night. Compared with LT12 (and also with Red Rocks, only 11 days later), this show has a kind of manic energy that's particularly apparent on TRIPPING, RECENTLY, NANCIES, WAREHOUSE, and RHYME. Highlights for me are the power songs I just mentioned plus SATELLITE (I think Summer 1995 is the best era for it), PAY FOR, and IBYU. SEEK UP is a very good 1995 version, but doesn't match Red Rocks or Warfield, my two benchmarks. On the negative side, the lyrics to MONKEY are complete gibberish, and the ending is clunky, and PIG is fulfilling from a curiosity point of view but even with Roi's nice flute work it isn't even half of the song it ended up becoming. Finally, there's an awkwardly long pause between NANCIES and WAREHOUSE. All in all, though, a really solid show.
