This is a solid show, but for some reason I can't pin down it doesn't particularly speak to me. Maybe it's the fact that it's nowhere near as strong as LT8, and I would say not as strong as LT2, either, even though the latter isn't a particular favorite of mine. Highlights include TOO MUCH (the opener, not the reprise), HELLO AGAIN, CAPTAIN, DRIVE, JOYRIDE, and DON'T DRINK (despite the flubbed lyrics). On the other hand, SUGAR WILL, BARTENDER, CRUSH, and TWO STEP are great songs that have both good and bad moments in this show. I don't really care for the TOO MUCH reprise. I'm sure I'll re-listen to this one at some point, but it will be a while.
