A solid albeit not outstanding 1996 show. The sound quality doesn’t help. The release is better than I remember from my last listen, with a solid setlist and some good performances. The closing run and encore of MINARETS, TYPICAL, HELP MYSELF, ANTS, BACK YOU UP, and NANCIES is pretty great. That said, this ranks as tied at the bottom for 1996 releases for me, along with LT38. There’s just so much competition from this time frame that I probably won’t return to it often, although that isn’t saying it isn’t worth listening to.
