Woof. Just, woof. This is peak gospel Buddy, peak Rashawn screeching, not-quite-but-close-to-peak Come Tomorrow-era setlist. At least there are no bad covers? I dunno what to say about it other than some performances (ROOFTOP and TYPICAL) come to mind are fine. But that's all they are: fine. You wouldn't play this release just to hear these particular performances of them, or at least I wouldn't. I'm sure this was chosen as the Warehouse release for the year because it was Roi's birthday, but surely they could have done better.
